Terms of Service

By using DeskFilter (operated by PopDrop) you agree to these terms. If you're using DeskFilter on behalf of an agency, you confirm you're authorized to accept these terms on its behalf.

The service

DeskFilter helps travel agencies, DMCs, and event planners extract vendor offers from uploaded documents and generate branded client packages. The service is provided as-is and may change as we improve it.

Your account and workspace

• You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
• Workspace owners are responsible for who they invite and the roles they assign.
• You're responsible for the content you upload and for having the right to use it.

Bring your own API key

DeskFilter uses your workspace's Anthropic API key to extract data from uploads. You are responsible for API usage and any charges incurred with Anthropic. We store the key encrypted at rest and only use it to fulfill your extraction requests.

Acceptable use

• Don't upload content you don't have the right to process.
• Don't attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or abuse the service.
• Don't use DeskFilter to violate any law or third-party rights.

No warranty; limitation of liability

DeskFilter is provided without warranties of any kind. AI-extracted data can be incomplete or incorrect — review offers before sending client packages. To the fullest extent permitted by law, PopDrop is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Termination

You can stop using DeskFilter at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
